The Registrar's Office of the Lahore High Court (LHC) on Sunday canceled the cause list for a division bench that was supposed to take up the bail petition of the accused involved in the attack on Jinnah House Lahore and Askari Tower Gulberg, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel. 

A plea has been filed by PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid, Khadija Shah, and other accused in the LHC seeking bail.  

The petition was fixed for hearing on August 28 but the registrar's office dropped the case owing to the unavailability of the two-member bench’s headed2 Syed Shahbaz Ali Rizvi.

It merits mentioning here that the last hearing on the issue was held on couple of days ago, since then, the case has remained unheard.

Dr. Yasmin Rashid, Khadija Shah, and the other accused will be issued a re-cause list related to the application for bail.
