Two labourers working in a coal mine lost their lives following a blast from gas leakage in Akhurwal area of Darra Adam Khel, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

According to the labour union, both the miners working in the mine of Ilyas Coal Mine Company were cousins and belonged to Shangla district of the province.  

Later, the bodies were handed over to their families, the union said.
