Pakistan Navy Warship PNS Yarmouk participates in naval exercise with Royal Navy of Oman

The Pakistan Navy warship PNS Yarmouk made a significant visit to Oman as part of its regional maritime security patrol, underscoring Pakistan's commitment to regional peace and stability, said a statement issued by Inter Services Public Relations Tuesday.

During the visit, PNS Yarmouk engaged in a naval exercise with a vessel from the Royal Navy of Oman, aimed at enhancing mutual cooperation between the two navies.

The exercise focused on preventing illegal activities at sea and strengthening regional peace and stability. The commanding officer of PNS Yarmouk held discussions with Omani military authorities, exploring matters of mutual interest and furthering bilateral naval relations.

This visit and the joint exercise demonstrate the Pakistan Navy's ongoing efforts to maintain law and order at sea through regular deployments and collaborative operations with other regional navies.

The PNS Yarmouk's engagement with the Royal Navy of Oman highlights Pakistan's dedication to international cooperation and the development of its naval capabilities in the interest of regional security.
