Security forces killed four terrorists in a joint intelligence-based operation in KP, ISPR said on Saturday.

The forces conducted the joint operation in the Tank district, the military media wing said, adding that after an intense exchange of fire, four Kharji terrorists of Fitna Al Khawarij were killed.

Arms and ammunition were also recovered in the operation. The dead were actively involved in numerous terrorist activities – including abduction, target killing of innocent civilians and attack on security forces.

The hunt for the terrorists is on as the security forces are determined to wipe out the extremists.
