Allah Ditta Lonay Wala passes away

A noted artist, Allah Ditta Lonay Wala, breathed his last at a hospital.
In 1957, Allah Ditta born in a village near Chiniot town of Punjab and rose to fame as a prolific singer.
Allah Ditta’s first album consist of supper hits like ‘Shaaman Pei Gaiaan’, ‘Ticketaan Do Lei Lei’ and ‘Main Cham Cham Nachdi Phiraan’. He was awarded ‘Pride of Performance’.
He started singing from ‘Bazm-e-Adab’ of a local government and he won laurels at various forums.
Reports said his eldest son Zaheer Abbas Loney Wala is programmes producer at Radio Pakistan.
The second son Waseem Abbas is a businessman in London.
Youngest son Nadeem Abbas is a successful folk singer whose first song ‘Bismillah Karaan’ brought his fame overnight at par with his father.
