Former MNA and co-founder of Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement (PTM) Ali Wazir was produced in the court of civil judge Shahzad Khan Ali Wazir in Islamabad on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

A case had been registered against Wazir at Bhara Kahu police station of the federal capital for collecting donations.

The police will now produce him in the anti-terrorism court (ATC) tomorrow.

His lawyer Ataullah Kundi told the court that his client had already been granted bails in two cases registered at Tarnol police station, and that the police had taken him into custody from Adiala Jail yesterday.

On the request made by Kundi, the court allowed former MNA to see his son and other people.
