Five people, including two women and a child, were killed in an incident of firing between two groups in Parhoti area of Mardan over a property dispute, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday. 

Rescue personnel shifted the bodies to DHQ Hospital.

Those killed were identified as Waqar, his mother, wife, Azan and Shiraz.

SP City Inam Jan said the deceased were relatives. “Four persons from one group and one from the other lost their lives in the incident,” he explained.

Jan informed that soon after learning about the incident, police reached the crime scene and started collecting evidence.
