Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Shaukat ordered the registration of a case against an SHO and his team for raiding an ex-lawmaker’s house without warrants.

Attock City Police SHO Malik Nawaz along with other policemen and Elite Force conducted a raid at the house of former PTI MNA Major (r) Tahir Sadiq, the court heard.

It was told that the raiding team ransacked the house, tortured the servants and took away valuables.

Sardar Abdul Razzaq Advocate presented the video record of the police vandalism to the court.

The judge passed the orders to register a case against the SHO and other members of the raiding team for committing the crime.
