Security stuff installed for Asia Cup matches in Lahore stolen

Unidentified persons stole gadgets installed for security of the Asia Cup matches at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Wednesday.

Private company manager Malik Muhammad Abbas moved the Gulberg police, complaining that unknown persons stole essential stuff installed from the FC College Underpass to the Ichhra bridge.

Electricity cables, fibre cables and other stuff worth Rs125,000 have been stolen, said the manager of the company – which has been given the responsibility of installing the security apparatus for Asia Cup matches at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
