The game of blood and dust played in Balochistan on the 18th anniversary of Nawab Akbar Bugti is the failure of intelligence agencies and security forces. It was known to all that there is a protest in Balochistan on the death anniversary of Akbar Bugti. In the current situation, everyone could see that the terrorists and the so-called separatist organizations have increased the destruction and attacks more than before under the influence of the powerful foreign hand. On the occasion of the anniversary, the armed groups can carry out any kind of action, but no proper advance arrangements have been made in this regard.

The sense of deprivation and the series of armed operations in Balochistan started immediately after the establishment of Pakistan. External interference has never stopped, but a major problem arose during the military dictator General Pervez Musharraf's reign, rather it would be more appropriate to say that the situation was deliberately worsened. A captain's name came to light in the case of raping a lady employed in a needle factory, Dr. Shazia. Akbar Bugti was a brave person. He took a strong stand on this issue.

It should be noted that the great tribal leader Akbar Bugti had been walking side by side with the state and state institutions all his life. He was also the Governor of Balochistan, Chief Minister and Defense Minister of Pakistan. When the situation turned upside down, he and General Musharraf came face to face. The conditions in the province were already bad.

During this time, efforts were made to reconcile. Akbar Bugti showed flexibility, at one point he was willing to go to Islamabad for negotiations, but he was told just in time that the plane he was supposed to board had broken down. Where Dida Akbar Bugti immediately understood that he would not be left alive. In a state of old age and infirmity, he went to the mountains along with a few of his companions. He said that General Musharraf is planning to kill me, but I will decide how I will die. General Musharraf was promising that Akbar would remove Bugti from where he would not even know. On August 26, 2006, news came that Akbar Bugti and his associates were killed in the Kohlu mountain range.

There were conflicting reports regarding the method, some said that it was a missile attack, some said that the attack was carried out by the United States, then it was said that Akbar Bugti, who was inside a cave, was traced and surrounded by military forces. When some officers and officials went in to grab them and take them away, Akbar Bugti himself detonated everything by pressing the button and using pre-installed explosives. Akbar Bugti feared that if he was captured alive, he would be handed over to his tribal opponents and killed. Akbar Bugti's remains were brought to his native area in a coffin for the funeral prayer, it was locked, a few people were allowed to attend, and he was buried under tight security.

The new series of disturbances that started in Balochistan after the death of Bugti, who was a federal politician all his life, shook the entire state. It should be noted that at that time the US State Office issued a statement that "Akbar Bugti was a tribal chief who took up arms to meet his demands." Whoever takes up arms against the state is killed. In the nineties, it was said that the international establishment wanted to separate Balochistan from Pakistan. Anti-federal forces were convinced that this would happen. Some of them used to say that the army of a neighboring country would enter the province and drive out the Pakistani forces and give us "freedom". The original plan of the world powers was to not give a chance to deal with a nuclear Pakistan by simply continuing to mess up in Balochistan.

When CPEC started, conspiracies and terrorism increased. The fresh wave is also a link in the same chain. After what happened in the entire country on May 9, no institution's facilities can be considered safe. Then the way the Faiz network, the judiciary and a large part of the media stood by the perpetrators of May 9 gave the impression that the establishment, which is known for its iron hands, is losing its grip.

The big move of arresting General (R) Faiz Hameed proved that this is not the case in reality, but if a specific impression is created, then many steps have to be taken to remove it, which can be seen by all. There is no doubt that the attacks on around 250 military installations including GHQ, Corps Commander House, ISI offices and aircraft parked at the air base on May 9 have turned the tide as the state has taken action against these attackers.

So far it has failed to take decisive action. Due to this failure of the state, terrorist groups like Majeed Brigade and BLA in Balochistan, TTP in KPK have gained more popularity. The large gatherings of anti-Centre organizations in both the provinces indicate that the seeds sown by the previous leadership of the establishment have spread everywhere in the form of thorn bushes. Of course, to save CPEC, a new operation in Balochistan has become inevitable.

Even today, the plan of the opposing forces is to keep Pakistan wounded by bleeding Balochistan. Those foreign agents and idiots who are thinking that they will get a "Bangladesh" should know that the international establishment will not allow it even for its own purposes. The fate of those who opened fire on innocent civilians and security forces will be the same as it has always been.
