The Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) has unveiled plans to conduct a series of workers' conventions in different districts of Punjab, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

According to party sources, these conventions are scheduled to be held in Kamoke, Gujranwala, Kasur, and Layyah.

This decision was reached during a key meeting of IPP leaders, presided over by party President Abdul Aleem Khan.

The meeting's participants expressed their delight at the success of the recent gathering in Khanewal and conveyed their congratulations to IPP Chairman Jahangir Tareen and Abdul Aleem Khan.

The meeting delved into the intricacies of organizing party conventions in various districts across the Punjab province.

Col (rtd) Hashim Dogar, the IPP Information Secretary for Punjab, provided comprehensive insights into the purpose and significance of the workers' conventions.

He emphasized the pivotal role these events play in initiating a successful public relations campaign.

The meeting okayed the decision to hold IPP conventions in Kamoke on November 26, Kasur on December 3, and Layyah on December 17.

Notably, Rana Nazir Ahmad will preside over the Kamoke Convention.

Hashim Dogar, while briefing the party leaders, affirmed that the launch of the public relations campaign would find success in various districts, akin to the model established in Khanewal.

Hashim Dogar highlighted the prevalent sentiment among the populace, stating, "People are fed up with tried and tested political parties, now real change will come."
