Robber killed in alleged police encounter in Quetta

One robber was killed and two others got injured in an alleged police encounter in Satellite Town Quetta on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to police, the robbers opened fire on police while they were looting a shop. Police also retaliated. During the exchange of fire, one alleged robber was killed, while two others got injured. Police arrested the injured dacoits.

Police said that a security guard was also hurt in the firing by the robbers.

The dead and injured have been shifted to Civil Hospital, said police.
