Gold prices start rising again in Pakistan

Against the international market trend of decreasing the value of the yellow metal, the Pakistani market witnessed a big increase in gold rates on Wednesday.

According to the 24News HD TV channel, the price of 24 karats pure gold was increased by Rs1,000 per tola to Rs2,06,000 per tola within a day.

The price of 10 grams of gold of 24 karats also increased by Rs858 to Rs1,76,612 per 10 grams while the 22 karats of gold traded at Rs1,61,894 per 10 grams.

In the international market on Wednesday, the price of gold increased by US$1 to US$1,928 per ounce.

On the other hand, the price of 24 karats of pure silver decreased by Rs20 to Rs2,480 per tola and 10 grams of 24 karats of silver decreased by Rs17.14 to Rs2,126.20 per 10 grams.
