Saudi Arabia announces citizenship for scientists, doctors

Saudi Arabia has decided to give citizenship to qualified and capable people in several fields and in this regard, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz issued the order, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

Those who get Saudi citizenship include scientists, doctors, researchers, businessmen and other talented people.

According to Vision 2030, it is to encourage those who are contributing to the development of various fields.

Further, it aims to enhance the attractive environment and enable it to attract, invest and retain outstanding and exceptional creative minds who are contributing to the development of various sectors across the kingdom.

By the state, people with outstanding abilities and unique skills who can significantly add to the efforts of the state in the fields of economic development, health, culture, sports and innovation in their respective fields.
