The killing of eight people including five teachers in Parachinar, Upper Kurram is being mourned today, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.

All the markets and businesses are closed in protest and mourning.

The teachers’ community have protested against the incident. Thousands of people participated in the protest.

The Kurram Teachers Association have announced five days of mourning. All the government schools in Parachinar will remain closed for five days.

The lawyers have also announced not to appear in the courts.

The burial of the deceased will be carried out after Jumma prayers.

It is to be noted here that armed men had shot dead eight people including five teachers at Government High School Tari Mangal on Thursday last.
