Following the footsteps of the FBR Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has issued a stern warning to employees against seeking political influence for promotions, postings, transfers, and other administrative matters.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, in an official circular, it was stated that using political pressure on IESCO management for internal administrative affairs is against the law.

The CEO emphasised that any officer found leveraging political influence in administrative matters will face strict disciplinary action.
