Abdul Wali Khan University raises tuition fee by up to Rs35,000

The Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) has increased its tuition fee manifold for the students of Beholders, Masters and PhD courses, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

According to the documents, AWKUM has raised its tuition fee from Rs5,000 to Rs35,000.

The LLM fee has been increased from Rs54,480 to Rs90,000.

The LLB fee has been hiked by Rs15,370.

The per semester fee for BS in English, Psychology, Zoology, and Banking has been increased from Rs37,000 to Rs65,000.

With an increase of Rs15,000, the MPhil fee has been surged to Rs70,000 from Rs54,480.

According to the documents, the per semester PhD fee has been increased from Rs69,000 to Rs100,000.

Besides this, the university administration has also raised the hostel fee to Rs50,000 due to which, students are facing severe financial problems.
