Amina Baloch appointed as new federal secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Amina Baloch has been appointed as the new Federal Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Establishment Division issued the official notification confirming her appointment.

Amina Baloch, who was previously serving as Pakistan's Ambassador to the European Union in Belgium, will assume her new role as Foreign Secretary on September 11.

She succeeds Muhammad Cyrus Sajjad Qazi, who is set to retire on September 10. Following his retirement, Muhammad Cyrus Sajjad Qazi has been appointed as a member of the Federal Public Service Commission.
