Police in Defence, Lahore on Sunday registered an FIR against a man and his wife for torturing their 13-year-old maid named Tehreem, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.  

As per the case registered on the complaint of the victim’s mother, Hassam and his wife tortured her daughter after stripping her naked on suspicion of theft.

It was further stated that some of Tehreem’s bones were fractured due to torture.

Later, police, after getting the child’s medical examination, sent her home along with her mother.    

Police said that the suspects had fled after locking their house.

However, the Force expressed the resolve to arrest them soon.
