Pakistan to join World Cup 2023 in India conditionally: Indian Media 

PCB seeks a “written guarantee” from India to join the Champions Trophy 2025 in Pakistan; PCB also decides not to accept any option except hybrid formula for Asia Cup

Pakistan announced conditionally joining the upcoming Cricket World Cup 2023 scheduled in India, the Indian media reported on Sunday.

According to the reports, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has made a plan to seek a “Written Guarantee” from India to participate in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 in Pakistan.
The media reports said PCB Chairman Najam Sethi has also decided that they will not accept any decision except the hybrid formal for Asia Cup. 
Indian media reports said that Pakistan has decided not to participate in the Asia Cup if it will be conducted somewhere else than Pakistan or Dubai.
On the other hand, the Indian media also reported that the Indian Cricket Board wants World Cup 2023 matches of Pakistan only in Ahmadabad, Chennai, Banglore and Culcuta due to security reasons.
