Pakistan and Malaysia tie 2-2 in Asian Champions Trophy hockey match

Pakistan takes early lead but Malaysia equalises late in clash; Sufyan and Zakaria score for Pakistan

In the Asian Champions Trophy Hockey tournament, the match between Pakistan and Malaysia ended in a 2-2 draw, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday. 

Pakistan initially took a strong lead with two goals, maintaining their advantage into the final quarter with a score of 2-1.

However, Malaysia managed to equalise shortly before the end of the match, securing a tie.

Sufyan and Zakaria were the goal scorers for Pakistan, each contributing one goal. 

Despite holding a two-goal lead at one point, Pakistan was unable to maintain their advantage, allowing Malaysia to fight back and level the game in the closing moments.

The match was a display of intense competition, with both teams showcasing their skills and determination, leaving the result unresolved as they move forward in the tournament.
