Govt announces public holidays on 9th and 10th Muharram

The federal government has announced two public holidays on July 16 and 17 on account of Ashura (9th and 10th Muharram), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to a notification issued by the Cabinet Division in Islamabad on Tuesday, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has given approval to the public holidays on 9th and 10th of Muharram (Tuesday and Wednesday).
