Ambassador-designate to Saudi Arabia Ahmed Farooq met Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.

During the meeting, measures to cement Pakistan-Saudi ties came under discussion.

The Finance Minister directed the Ambassador to explore new opportunities to increase bilateral trade.

Cooperation with Saudi Arabia in the fields of IT, tourism and agriculture should be promoted, he added.
