Bundles of the paddy crop, grown over 20-acre of land, were reduced to ashes after they were set on fire by unidentified persons in Muhammad Ali Bahlkani, a suburban village of Tangwani in district Kashmore in Sindh, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

The bundles had been placed in the outhouse of a farmer named Sarwar Bahalkani.

Despite having been informed, the fire brigade staff did not reach site of the incident, allowing the blaze to consume the crop.

Dispelling the impression that he had enmity with anyone, the farmer appealed to the IGP Sindh, DIG Larkana and SSP Kashmore to take notice of the incident and provide him justice.
