Pamela Anderson made quite an impression on Liam Neeson while filming The Naked Gun reboot — not with a dramatic performance, but with her homemade sourdough bread and muffins.
The pair teamed up for the first time on the revival of the iconic action-comedy franchise, originally made famous by Leslie Nielsen. Pamela, 58, admitted she was nervous about meeting Neeson, 73, on set, but their connection quickly blossomed into a genuine friendship — fueled in part by baked goods.
Speaking at a SiriusXM Town Hall in New York City on Wednesday (July 30, 2025), Anderson shared:
“I was nervous to meet Liam, of course. You’re always nervous the first day on set. I brought him sourdough bread, cookies, and muffins — it kept me busy, kept me out of trouble. It’s a very special muffin recipe. It’s very good for you… let’s just say that.”
Neeson was equally enthusiastic, calling Anderson’s sourdough “phenomenal” and noting that her muffins contained “a lot of bran.”
During the event, the Taken star reflected on their first meeting with warmth and admiration:
“We’d never met before, and I remember thinking, ‘Wow, she is gorgeous.’ But what struck me most was her sense of humor and humanity. I felt instantly at ease around her. We found this great silliness together — it was terrific.”
Their on-set bond has sparked speculation that their relationship might be more than platonic. Recent reports suggest the two have been spending time together at Anderson’s home in Canada, where they've connected over her passions for gardening and cooking.
“Pam is really drawn to Liam because he respects her lifestyle and her unique take on fame. She says he’s completely smitten — he does sweet things like sending her flowers and spending time with her sons and dogs.
Pam cooks and gardens at home… it’s wholesome, grounded, and very un-Hollywood. Liam genuinely enjoys that. He even gets involved.”
Whether romance is truly on the table or not, Anderson and Neeson’s off-screen friendship seems as heartfelt — and as homemade — as the treats they’ve shared.
