19 employees of the Supreme Court have been sent to Federal Constitutional Court on deputation after the approval of Chief Justice Yahya Afridi, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. In this regard a notification was issued with the approval of the Chief Justice of Pakistan. Supreme Court employees to serve Federal Constitutional Court till February 28, 2026.
The employees include deputy and assistant registrars, judicial assistants, stenotypists, clerks and class four employees.
The Federal Constitutional Court had requested the Supreme Court to hire employees.
