Pakistan is determined to whitewash the three-match T20 International series against Australia by winning the third and final match in Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore today, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
The match will start at 4.30 pm.
Sources said that Pakistan would make some changes in the squad for the match.
Pakistan’s spinners made history in T20I cricket by grabbing all 10 wickets of Australian batsmen in a single innings, a rare feat achieved during the second T20I against the visitors.
The milestone came as Pakistan thrashed Australia by 90 runs at Gaddafi Stadium to take an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series.
Chasing 199, Australia were bowled out for 108 in just 16 overs, unable to counter Pakistan’s spin attack.
Abrar Ahmed and Shadab Khan led the charge with three wickets apiece, while Usman Tariq picked two.
Saeem Ayub and Mohammad Nawaz took one wicket each.
Overall, it was only the 10th instance in T20I cricket where an entire innings fell to spin bowling.
