The Peshawar High Court has issued a revised seniority list of its judges, officially updating their positions within the judicial hierarchy.
According to the notification, Chief Justice Syed Muhammad Atiq Shah remains the senior-most judge of the High Court.
Justice Ijaz Anwar continues to hold his position in the seniority list, while Justice Syed Arshad Ali has been placed at third and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah at fourth.
Justice Muhammad Naeem Anwar stands at fifth position, followed by Justice Waqar Ahmed at sixth.
Justice Babar Sattar, who was transferred from the Islamabad High Court, has been placed seventh in the seniority list.
Justice Kamran Hayat Miankhel ranks eighth, while Justice Muhammad Ijaz Khan is ninth.
Justice Muhammad Fahim Wali has been placed at tenth position, followed by Justice Khursheed Iqbal at eleventh and Justice Tariq Afridi at twelfth.
Justice Abdul Fayaz is listed at the thirteenth, Justice Farah Jamshed at the fourteenth, and Justice Inamullah Khan occupies the fifteenth position.
The updated seniority list has been formally issued by the Peshawar High Court administration.
