President Asif Ali Zardari, Monday, approved appointment of Justice Dr. Syed Muhammad Anwar as Acting Chief Justice of Federal Shariat Court (FSC).
Justice Dr. Syed Muhammad Anwar is the most senior judge of the Federal Shariat Court, President Secretariat Media Wing said in a press release.
The president accorded his approval to the appointment of the acting chief justice of the Federal Shariat Court on the advice of the prime minister.
