Three people were gunned down during two different firing incidents in Narowal and Multan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
The first incident took place in Chandianwali village in Narowal, where a young man who was identified as Mian Ali was shot dead by armed men over a land dispute. All the assailants escaped from the scene.
After receiving the report, a police team reached the site and shifted the dead body to a hospital. The police registered a case and began conducting raids to apprehend the accused.
In another incident, two people were shot dead in Multan. The firing incident occurred in Basti Bakash.
The dead persons were later identified as Zahoor Ahmad and Ghulam Mohiuddin. Police said that the accused, Mohammad Nawaz, opened fire on both persons.
Police said that the accused, Mohammad Nawaz, killed Zahoor Ahmad and Ghulam Mohidduin over a domestic dispute.
Later, a police team shifted the dead bodies to Nishtar Hospital, Multan. After completing certain legal procedures, the police began a search in Qadirpur Rawan.
