Shopkeepers said that the collusion of big cement companies is behind the continuous increase in prices. These companies allegedly fix prices through mutual consultation while regulatory agencies are silent spectators.
The people said that not only the prices of cement, but also other construction materials are continuously increasing and as a result, building a house is becoming a dream for the common man.
The people and experts demand that the government immediately take action against the cement cartel and take effective measures to control prices otherwise, the dream of a roof for the people will remain a dream.
