As the Labour Day is being celebrated across Pakistan and around the world, a labourer lost his life after armed men stabbed him for demanding Rs100 for a ticket of Lucky Irani Circus in Lodhran, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
According to details, four men, who were also carrying arms, stabbed and killed a Lucky Irani Circus labourer for demanding ticket money from them.
The deceased was later identified as Mohammad Ejaz, who was working as a labourer in Lucky Irani Circus on daily wages.
Police said that an argument broke out over the purchase of one Lucky Irani Cirus for Rs100. Soon after the incident, the assailants escaped from the scene.
Police rushed to the spot and shifted the dead body of the labourer to the hospital for an autopsy.
The police registered a case against the four accused and launched an investigation.
