PTI founder's sister Aleema Khan has said that Judge Shahrukh Arjumand was in a hurry to announce sentence to Imran Khan in in Toshakhana II case so after that PTI founder may not be granted bail in 190 million pounds on 6th October by Islamabad High Court, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel.
Talking to media outside Adiala Jail, Aleema said a prosecution witness has been proven to be a liar in the trial. Aleema Khan said Imran Khan ex-military secretary and deputy military secretary have confirmed that all documentation of the case has been completed. She said PTI appeal in 190 million pound case was scheduled by Justice Dogar after 10 months.
Aleema said Judge Arjumand has 3 cases pending with him for 12 years, as Nawaz Sharif, Zardari and Maryam Nawaz have removed their vehicles from the Toshakhana. All three cases are pending with Judge Shahrukh Arjumand.
Aleema Khan said that Zulfi Bukhari does not want to give false testimony in 190 million pounds, so his property was being auctioned, and claimed that this is dictatorship, if we follow it, all robberies and thefts will be forgiven, as there were sugar and housing scandals but no investigation was carried out against anyone.
Aleema Khan said that after May 9, many cases were made without evidence and CCTV. She said morality and justice system in the country has ended.
