Pakistani jewellery market witnessed a decrease in gold prices as the rates of yellow metal were reduced by Rs300 on Monday.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the rates of 24 karats of gold in the Pakistani market reached Rs2,19,700 per tola after a reduction of Rs300 at the beginning of the week.
The price of 10 grams of gold of 24 karat increased by Rs258 and reached Rs1,88,357 per ten grams.
The price of 10 grams gold of 22 karats traded at Rs1,72,661 on Monday while the prices of gold did not change in the international market on Monday.
In the global market, the yellow metal was traded at Rs2,082 per ounce.
The price of pure silver of 24 karat did not change in the Pakistani market and traded at Rs 2680 per tola and Rs 2297.66 per ten grams.
