Rain forecast across country during Eid holidays

Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted heavy and windstorm during Eid holidays, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

Rain has been reported on Monday in Khyber Paktunkhawa's Mansehra, Balakot, Kaghan valley , Babusar Top  and other adjoining area which turned the weather chilly. 

The Met office has also issued alert warning for tourists and travellers to remain cautious due these holidays. The windstorm and heavy may pose risks to weak infrastructure, particularly in northern and mountainous regions. 

Rain is expected in various areas including Dir, Swat, Chitral, and Kohistan during the festive days. From June 3 to 5, there is a forecast of rain accompanied by strong winds in parts of Islamabad, Murree, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Chitral, Dir, and Swat. Some locations may also experience hailstorms. Islamabad and parts of upper and central Punjab, along with regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, are likely to receive rain with gusty winds on June 3 and 4. The weather department has warned of potential windstorms and rainfall starting from this evening in northern areas of the country.
