Faceless traffic challans for lane violations have been started from June 1 in Karachi, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
According to a report, a total of 96 challans were issued for lane violations on the first day.
All the challans were issued on the road from Metropole to the airport.
Faceless challans were issued for vehicles of 11 categories on the first day including two big buses, two coasters, one double cabin vehicle, nine cars, six minibuses, three mini trucks and 21 Suzuki pickups.
As many as 43 motorcycles, three trucks, four vans and two water tankers were issued challans.
All the challans were issued for driving in the second lane.
Faceless challans were issued even for driving slowly in the first lane.
