Lawyers and family members of jailed former prime minister Imran Khan are scheduled to meet him at Adiala Jail on Tuesday, according to party sources.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) coordinator Salman Akram Raja has reportedly submitted a list of six names to jail authorities through Advocate Chaudhry Owais Younis for approval to attend the meeting.
The list includes Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, Salman Akram Raja, Ali Zaman, Intazar Hussain Panjotha, Malik Shujaat Jandran and Irfan Kalar, who are expected to meet the PTI founder during the scheduled visit.
In addition to legal representatives, the sisters of Imran Khan and members of the family of his wife, Bushra Bibi, are also expected to visit Adiala Jail for a meeting on the same day.
The development comes amid ongoing legal and political proceedings involving the former prime minister, who remains incarcerated at the Rawalpindi facility.
