Popular Pakistani actress Hania Aamir has quickly reacted to a fabricated statement attributed to her regarding the Pahalgam incident. The statement, bizarrely accusing the Pakistan army of the whole tragedy, also condemns the ban on Pakistani artists in India.

The fake declaration reads: “Just because of General Asim Munir’s actions in Kashmir, the entire Pakistani entertainment industry has been banned in India, and even social media accounts are being restricted. I respectfully request to Prime Minister Modi that we, the common people of Pakistan, have done nothing wrong to India.”

Considering the abovementioned terrible words associated with her regarding the Pahalgam incident, which left 26 tourists dead, Hania rushed to explain and clarify that these words are not falsely linked to her and are a complete misrepresentation of her views.

Here is what Hania stated regarding the false words: "Recently, a statement has been falsely attributed to me and is being widely circulated on social media. I want to address this directly: I did not make this statement, and I do not endorse or align with the words being linked to me. It is entirely fabricated and misrepresents who I am and what I believe. This is a deeply sensitive and emotional time. My heart goes out to the innocent lives lost and the families affected by the recent tragedy. Pain like this is real, and it deserves empathy, not politicisation. The actions of extremists do not represent an entire nation or its people. Assigning blame without proof only deepens divides and distracts from the real need for compassion, justice, and healing. I remain committed to spreading positivity and respect in all that I do."
