WAPDA clinched the title at the 54th National Gymnastics Championship, dominating the event with an impressive haul of eight gold medals and a total of 15 medals, reported 24News HD Channel on Sunday.
The Pakistan Army team finished in second place, while Pakistan Railways secured the third position in the championship.
WAPDA’s Muhammad Afzal was declared the Best Player of the Championship for his outstanding performance across multiple events.
Teams from WAPDA, Pakistan Army, Pakistan Railways, Sindh, Punjab, Balochistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa participated in the championship, which showcased the country’s finest gymnastic talent.
The competition concluded with vibrant displays of athleticism and sportsmanship, underscoring the growing standard of gymnastics in Pakistan.
