Toshakhana II case hearing against PTI founder Imran and Bushra Bibi was postponed on Thursday as the case was not heard in Adiala Jail because PTI lawyer Salman Safdar had requested to postpone the hearing, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to detail, Barrister Salman Safdar had sought adjournment due to his busy schedule at the Supreme Court Lahore Registry. The Special Judge Central FIA Shahrukh Arjumand granted Salman Safdar's adjournment request and issued a written order to adjourn the hearing.
The court had given the next date for the case from the Judicial Complex today, as the Tosha Khana II case against PTI founder and Bushra Bibi to be heard in Adiala Jail on Friday.
