A bomb blast in the Dara area of Tehsil Salarzai, Bajaur, Sunday resulted in the death of one person and injuries to two others, according to police sources.
The injured were quickly shifted to the district hospital by rescue teams.
Following the explosion, a heavy contingent of police arrived at the scene, cordoning off the area and launching a search operation to investigate the incident.
