A horrific domestic tragedy unfolded in Chabb Kalan, Mian Channu, where a drug addict husband brutally killed his wife after she refused to give him money for drugs, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to the details, the gruesome incident took place in the 104/15-L village within Chabb Kalan Police Station limits in Mian Channu.
According to police, the addicted husband attacked his wife with a wooden plank while she was busy with household chores.
The violent blow to her head caused excessive bleeding, resulting in her instant death.
Upon receiving information, Chabb Kalan police arrived at the scene, took custody of the body, and shifted it to THQ Hospital in Mian Channu for further procedures.
A case has been registered on the complaint of the deceased woman's son, and an investigation and raids have started to arrest the culprit.
