Two teenagers lost their lives after drowning in Nullah Dek near Qila Ahmed Abad in Narowal on Monday, reported 24News HD TV channel.
According to reports, both teenagers were bathing in the stream when they accidentally entered a deep section of the water. Unable to get back to safety, both drowned despite efforts to save them.
The deceased were identified as 17-year-old Usman and 18-year-old Yaseen.
Authorities have urged the public, especially young people, to avoid bathing in deep or unsafe water bodies, as changing water depths and strong currents can pose serious risks.
