Karachi Police chief Additional Inspector General (AIG) Imran Yaqoob Minhas on Friday was granted 14-day leave, starting from December 7, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The AIG had applied for the leave because he wanted to go abroad.
Sources told 24News that Ghulam Nabi Memon will be the acting police chief of the city in his absence.
