Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Lt General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry has declared that Balochistan is and will always remain a part of Pakistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
Addressing educators during the Hilal Talks 2025 programme, the DG ISPR strongly rejected claims of separation, calling such propaganda as misleading and harmful. He explained that Balochistan is deeply connected to Pakistan's economy and culture. “People from all provinces live together like one family,” he added.
He reaffirmed that Balochistan is an integral part of Pakistan and that no power can detach it from the country. Balochistan is part of Pakistan and will always remain so,” he declared, adding, “No one can separate it.”
The DG ISPR dismissed the narrative of Balochistan’s separatism as baseless, asserting that the province is deeply integrated into Pakistan’s economy and society. “The propaganda that Balochistan can be separated is unfounded,” he said and added “Baloch, Sindhi, Pashtun, Punjabi, Kashmiri, and Balti – we are all brothers and united. No one can divide us.”
The military spokesperson warned that India and its proxies pose a grave threat to regional peace, providing full financial support from New Delhi to the banned Balochistan Liberation Army, locally referred to as 'Fitna al-Hindustan'.
“There is no idea or ideology behind terrorism in Balochistan – it is entirely India-sponsored,” he said and added India alone bears responsibility for the destabilisation across the region. He also highlighted the enduring bond between the people and the armed forces, calling it a “timeless relationship of love.”
“BLA (Fitna al-Hindustan) has full financial support from India. Kashmir will be the part of Pakistan,” he said.
The DG ISPR revealed that terrorists receive training, money, and treatment from Indian agencies. According to him, India uses Afghanistan as a base to run these activities.
He warned that these terrorists are enemies of development and peace in Balochistan. “They fear progress in the region. Once children gain education and jobs, their influence will end,” he added.
He urged the youth to choose education over violence. He said Balochistan has the potential to become Pakistan’s richest province.
Additionally, he exposed Indian support for banned groups like the Balochistan Liberation Army. He named these groups “Fitna-tul-Hindustan.” He pointed out that their leaders live in India and ask for Indian help. He also questioned activists who raise slogans but hide their foreign funding. According to him, they are being used as tools against their own people.
