A young girl who was working as a domestic worker was tortured to death by her employers in Faisalabad, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.
The incident occurred in the jurisdiction of Madina Town Police Station of Faisalabad.
As per details, one Irshad’s daughters Aliya 12 and Shamila 8 were working as domestic help in Zeeshan’s house for the last few months.
Last night wife of Zeeshan tortured Aliya with a wiper and a wooden stick, after which she died in early Tuesday.
Later, Zeeshan took her dead body to her father in Roshanwala in his car. The father of the victim then informed the police about the incident.
SP Saeed Ahmad immediately raided the house and arrested Zeeshan and his wife.
During initial probe, both husband and wife admitted torturing Aliya for taking food out of refrigerator.
SSP Saeed Ahmad later shifted the dead body of domestic worker to a local hospital’s mortuary.
Madina Town police started an investigation into the incident.
