The opposition parties got 49 seats in the Upper House of the Parliament while 44 government allies succeeded in having a share in the Senate, according to unofficial results of Senate Election 2021.
The PTI got 26 seats, BAP 13, MQM three and PML-Q and GDA 1 each while the PPP clinched 20 seats, PML-N 17, JUI-F five, BNP-M two, NP two, ANP two and PkMAP one seat.
