After the success of Margalla Enclave, Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to start joint venture with Defence Housing Authority (DHA) for the development of three new sectors in Islamabad, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.
According to CDA spokesperson, CDA and DHA will start joint venture in newly launched sectors D13, E13 and F13 of Islamabad.
CDA is rapidly allotting land in new sectors D13, E13 and F13 so that land can be cleared. After land clearance, the agreement between CDA and DHA for the new sectors will be completed.
It is pertinent to mention that CDA itself has not been able to develop these new sectors since 2008. DHA has quickly converted the Kari Model Village, which was in slow pace under CDA since 2010, into Margalla Enclave. DHA's joint venture with Housing Authority for G12 and F12 will also be finalised soon.
