Special arrangements have been put in place at the Liberty Park area in Lahore ahead of the final of the Pakistan Super League, with authorities designating multiple parking sites for spectators to manage expected crowds, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported on Sunday.
According to the report, PCB officials have allocated six parking locations in total, dividing them between VIP guests and the general public, with three sites reserved for each category. VIP parking has been arranged at the Gymnasium, Football Ground, and Alhamra Open-Air Theatre.
For the general public, parking has been designated at Sun Fort, Liberty, and the Government College for Boys in Gulberg. Each site has been prepared with specific vehicle capacities to accommodate large numbers of visitors.
According to the plan, the Football Ground can accommodate 200 vehicles, while the Gymnasium and Alhamra Open Air Theatre have capacities of 60 and 50 vehicles, respectively. The Government College for Boys site can hold up to 4,000 motorcycles and 600 cars.
The Liberty parking site has space for 700 vehicles and 600 motorcycles, while Sun Fort can accommodate 400 motorcycles and 60 cars. Authorities have announced that parking will be free of charge at all locations except the Liberty parking site.
Officials said the arrangements have been made to ensure smooth traffic flow and convenience for spectators attending the PSL final in Lahore.
