A 13-year-old car driver on Sunday crushed a Town Municipal Authority (TMA) employee in the Nawab Town area of Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Police have arrested driver Abdullah Tariq and registered a case against him for speeding at Valencia roundabout.
Deceased Arshad Bhatti, a 45-year-old TMA employee, along with his team went to raid a farmhouse last night.
The police have registered a case against the minor for driving without a licence and overspending.
The minor is a resident of Punjab University Town located at Raiwind Road.
